Brett brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across aviation, agriculture, emergency services, and high-risk industries, including senior roles with Virgin Australia, Babcock, Bell Helicopters, Santos, and Cowal Agriculture.

Starting his career as a firefighter in the Royal Australian Air Force, Brett spent much of his working life in environments where keeping a cool head comes in handy.

Brett is passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and creating a culture where safety, professionalism and a sense of humor can comfortably coexist.

As General Manager, Brett is focused on growing Tasmanian Helicopters while maintaining the practical, down-to-earth approach that makes the business what it is.
